Refund Policy

Digital goods

Because photos can be downloaded immediately, purchases are final and are not refundable once the download link has been delivered, except in the cases below.

When we refund

• —You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
• —A file is damaged or cannot be downloaded and we cannot replace it.
• —The photo you bought clearly does not show you, and you tell us within 7 days.

How to ask

Send your order number to contact@bjjlens.ae within 7 days of the purchase. Approved refunds are made through Ziina to the original payment method.
